After receipt of payment, the goods will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days. At peak times, it can take a little longer.

 

Claim

For the claim missing items, wrong items, and damaged, please provide the below photo:-

1) The original parcel received before open from the courier.

2) Photo

3) Each item is still sealed in the ziplock bags condition.

After the goods have arrived at the premises of the buyer, within 48 hours the buyer must be fully checking and thoroughly examine the goods. If the goods found to be damaged, wrong items and missing items the buyer shall report to us within 48 hours. Any discrepancies notified to us after 48 hours will be treated as lost or damaged by the buyer, we are not responsible for issue refund, coupon and ship back to the buyer.

Shipping Methods for Buyers Outside of China:

• SF EXPRESS 国际小包(10-18days) 
• Fedex EXPRESS(3-5days)

Here is a brief description of the mailing method:

China Post:(SF) the route is cheap and takes a long time.

Fedex air transport: fast speed, slightly expensive freight, direct to the destination country, customs clearance in the destination country.

If you are a company, it is recommended to use Fedex, so that the corresponding tax of local customs clearance can be directly used.

European company suggest Fedex because it is direct and fast.
